A few words about THERAPEUTIC GAMES  and their importance on child development: The Socratic Method regarding learning through games is based on children's reflections within a group expressing alternate divergent views. to achieve a common ground outcome for the common good. This is especially important for children under stress, academically or socially distressed, because it teaches them  there is 'light at the end of the tunnel'  even when things looks bleak. Games  teaches them to rely on a group for dficult solutions: including peer support or interventions from teachers/caregivers and other professionals to achieve safety, and stability. Games tend to stimulate frienships promoting small group inteactions solving problems by relying on  the fac that "two heads are better than  one' i.e. working together to eliminate stressfull outcomes.Help your students socially interact with positive role models
