FAQ about Payments, Ordering, Shipping and Handling Domestic or Worldwide, Returns.

Who May Order: We adhere to the ethics and standards of the American Psychological Association (APA). We will sell testing materials, only to qualified professionals who have knowledge of measurement principles and proper and ethical test administration techniques. Graduate students may order testing materials when used in college training programs under instructor supervision. Please include instructor's name, course name and number. All other materials are "open" shelf and may be purchased by teachers, parents, or students.

Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 days after being received. Prices are subject to change without notice. When requested we'll gladly provide written, oral, or fax quotations. We honor written quotations for 60 days.
Method of Payment: We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks payable in U.S. funds. Orders may be placed by mailing or faxing a purchase order or submitting your order on your institutional letterhead with an authorized signature of school principal or purchasing agent.
*Shipping/Handling Fees: All Federal, State and Local Bids, with Bona Fide Bid Numbers, receive 5% shipping and 5% discount on Publisher's prices. Orders are shipped UPS, Airborne or USPS unless otherwise requested. Please add 10% shipping/handling fee ($5.00) minimum. All U.S. prepaid orders add 10% shipping/handling fee. Internet orders 10% S/H. 1st class is up to 1lb 15% of merchandise cost. Greater than 1lb is processed as priority mail according to weight. Hawaii and Alaska add 15% for 1st class mail, Greater than 1lb, priority. Orders over $3000.00 add 7% shipping and handling, orders over $5000.00 add 5%.
*Hawaii and Alaska: Minimum Shipping and Handling Cost, please add 15% , because these shipments are sent 1st class mail.
*Canadian Orders, Shipping and Handling Cost please add 20% (Minimum shipping and handling charge is $10.00).
*All other Countries please add 25% of merchandise total (Minimum shipping charges is $15.00). To expedite your OverSeas Package we suggest Shipping it by Air, please add insurance fees.
*Please Make Sure to Specify in your order if Special Shipping is Required such as: UPS, Airborne, Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day. Shipping Charges Are Calculated According to the Designated Destination, Country, Actual Shipping Weight of your Merchandise. We recommend insurance on any and all shipment.
* New York State Sales Tax % is calculated according to County's destination within New York State only. Please specify County and your sales tax% when ordering. Sales Tax is applicable to individuals only.
*Guarantee-Trial Period: All products are sold on 30-day approval. Any discrepancies or errors in shipments must be reported within 30 days and approved returns must be made within 30 days from date of invoice.
*Approved Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and returuns over 90 days, 20% restocking fees/inhouse credit. Returns must be received in salable condition. Items with missing or broken parts, writing, labels, or other damage are not acceptable.
